Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Monglee creator's private publishing tool and this information website handle data. The tool is used for the creator's own social accounts and does not offer public registration.

Google and YouTube access

The creator authorizes Google OAuth access. The tool requests youtube.upload to upload approved original videos and their metadata, and youtube.readonly to identify the connected channel and check video processing and visibility status. The tool does not request Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or a Google password.

Data used and stored

• OAuth client credentials and a refresh token are stored in the creator's local configuration. Access tokens are used when contacting Google and YouTube.
• Channel identifiers and names are used to verify the destination account. Channel statistics returned during setup are not archived by this tool.
• Original video files, titles, descriptions, and tags are prepared locally. Publication records include video IDs, links, timestamps, processing or visibility status, and errors to track results and prevent duplicate uploads.

Use and sharing

Google and YouTube receive OAuth requests, approved video files, and publication metadata. The tool does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send it to generative AI providers. Monglee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Separately, creator-supplied scripts and media may be processed by media-production services. Review copies and messages may be sent to Discord, and temporary media may be hosted on Cloudflare for publication. Those services do not receive the tool's Google OAuth credentials.

Retention, deletion, and access control

Local credentials are retained while the account connection is active. The creator controls the local publication records and original files. To stop access, revoke the connection in Google Account connections and stop the local publishing tool.

For deletion of Google-derived data held by Monglee, contact monglee.official@gmail.com. The operator will remove the local credentials and Google-derived records within seven days of a deletion request. This is an operator-managed process. Deleting a local record does not delete a video already stored on YouTube; published videos can be managed in YouTube Studio.

This website

This information site has no account sign-up form, advertising scripts, or application analytics. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process network data such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Opening a social link takes you to that platform.
